Job summary

Mohegan Pennsylvania is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform routine repairs, painting, and general upkeep across the racetrack and surrounding property.

The role includes replacing HVAC and smoke eater filters, snow removal, grounds maintenance, cleaning, and reporting safety concerns; a high school diploma or GED is required, and electrical certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Electrical certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains racetrack and property performing routine repairs, painting and maintenance activities.
• Replaces HVAC and smoke eater filters.
• Notifies management concerning need for any repairs.
• Removes snow, ice, and debris from all facility entrances and walk ways.
• Maintains exterior grounds and parking lot.
• Maintains floor cleanliness.
• Communicates inventory supply status to management.
• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Reports on any observed security, environmental and health and safety related concerns and any equipment malfunctions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Promotes superior guest service.
