Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical/vocational training favored.
• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably with sand blasting, metal prep and coatings.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and shop operations.
• Basic knowledge of quality documents, drawings, work instructions, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures.
• Perform basic manufacturing and production tasks under close supervision.
• Learn and apply standard operating procedures, processes, and work instructions.
• Accurately complete production documentation and reporting.
• Assist with material handling and workplace organization.
• Progressively develop technical skills and participate in training activities.
