Job summary

Super Products is seeking a Material Handler - Blaster at our Mukwonago, WI location. The role involves preparing metal parts for powder coating by blasting and sanding, and efficiently loading/unloading carts for powder coaters. A strong focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 2 years of experience preferred, and forklift operator capabilities. Benefits from day one and a comprehensive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a group with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to wear PPE and operate safety equipment.
• Proficient with forklift operation and handling heavy parts.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as production schedules dictate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules to prioritize blasting, loading, and unloading carts.
• Prepare material for powder coating using shot blasting and sanding with quality control.
• Load/unload parts using overhead crane or forklift; mask holes as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE while operating equipment.
