Durango Machining Innovations in Wisconsin seeks a reliable Material Handler / Laborer to support material preparation, sandblasting, and finishing operations. You will manage customer inventory, perform general labor tasks, operate industrial equipment, and assist with inventory control to ensure efficient production quality.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, basic troubleshooting, and strict safety adherence in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or work instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to safety, detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and stage customer inventory according to job requirements.
• Load, unload, and move materials, parts, and components safely.
• Perform general labor duties in support of production and finishing operations.
• Prepare materials for machining, sandblasting, and finishing processes.
• Operate and assist with sandblasting and other industrial equipment as trained.
• Inspect finished parts and prepare them for storage or shipment.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy, material labeling, and job tracking.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, including sandblasting and prep areas.
• Follow all safety rules, wear required PPE, and support overall production needs.
