• Know all safety requirements including ventilation standards and respirator usage
• Log in and out on assigned jobs and complete paperwork
• Read and interpret manufacturing processes, blueprints and other work instructions
• Maintain and clean equipment, blast booth and booth area

• Follow written work instructions must maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures including those which govern the handling of materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Properly use required PPE
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
• Know all safety requirements including proper plant ventilation standards (respirator usage, no smoking, use of safety glasses, etc)
• Properly log in and out on assigned jobs and complete appropriate paperwork
• Read and interpret manufacturing processes, blueprints and other work instructions
• Completely maintain and clean up equipment, blast booth and booth area
