• Follow written work instructions and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures
• Properly use required PPE
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
• Know all safety requirements including ventilation standards and respirator usage
• Log in and out on assigned jobs and complete paperwork
• Read and interpret manufacturing processes, blueprints and other work instructions
• Maintain and clean equipment, blast booth and booth area
