Job summary

Advanced Coatings Inc. in West Bend, Wisconsin, is seeking a Sandblaster for 2nd shift to join our liquid paint job-shop team.

You will train with a supervisor and gradually perform blasting tasks independently while helping to monitor shot usage and complete required paperwork. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• A strong work ethic with a solid attendance history.
• Previous experience in a job shop environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned trainer until able to perform tasks independently.
• Perform blasting of parts daily as needed.
• Monitor usage of shot and on-hand inventory.
• Complete paperwork accurately and completely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
