Job summary

ACI Advanced Coatings, Inc. in West Bend, Wisconsin, is seeking a Sandblaster for 2nd shift to support our liquid paint job-shop. You will work with a trainer until able to operate independently and perform blasting of parts daily to meet production needs.

We value a strong work ethic, punctual attendance and basic math, reading and writing skills. Prior job shop experience is a plus but not required as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned trainer until able to perform tasks independently.
• Performs blasting of parts daily as needed.
• Monitors usage of shot and on-hand inventory.
• Completes appropriate paperwork accurately and completely.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a job shop environment is preferred, but not required
• Position requires basic math, reading and writing skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• A strong work ethic with a solid attendance history
