Job summary

Advanced Coatings Inc. in West Bend, WI, is seeking a Washline Technician on the 1st shift to join our growing coatings team. This role focuses on maintaining the wash line equipment, testing solutions, and ensuring production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all 9 tanks of wash line.
• Test solution as needed.
• Change solution according to established process.
• Prep all chemical baths for production start up.
• Clean out tanks when required.
• Complete appropriate paperwork, accurately and completely.
• Operate water treatment system to ensure compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
