ACI - Advanced Coatings, Inc. in West Bend, WI is seeking a Washline Technician for 1st shift to maintain nine wash tanks, test and change chemical baths, and prep baths for production start up in a fast-paced facility.

• Maintain all 9 tanks of wash line.
• Test solution as needed.
• Change solution according to established process.
• Prep all chemical baths for production start up.
• Clean out tanks when required.
• Complete appropriate paperwork, accurately and completely.
• Operate water treatment system to ensure compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
