Qualifications

• Previous Blanchard grinding experience.
• Comfort reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Blanchard grinding machines.
• Determine machine setup based on job prints.
• Adjust machine settings, feeds, and speeds.
• Load and feed materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and technical drawings.
• Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report defective or non-conforming parts.
• Complete production and shop-floor paperwork.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Participate in production meetings as needed.

We are currently hiring an experienced Blanchard Operator for a precision manufacturing company in Addison, IL. The ideal candidate will have previous Blanchard grinding experience and be comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Available Start Times: 4:00 AM-12:30 PM 5:00 AM-1:30 PM 6:00 AM-2:30 PM 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
