Flex Wind is seeking an Experienced Blade Repair Technician — Level D for onshore wind projects in the United States. The role requires leading advanced blade repairs, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring OEM-compliant repairs across multiple sites nationwide.
The candidate must hold Active Siemens Blade Repair Level D Certification, have 3+ years of blade repair experience, and be willing to travel extensively. Strong English communication and safety record are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Execute advanced structural blade repairs, including:
Large-scale laminate reconstruction
Load-bearing structural repairs
Spar cap repairs
Major lightning strike damage repairs
Complex non-standard repair scopes
Lead planning and execution of critical repair campaigns, including repair sequencing, material selection, structural restoration methods, and quality validation.
Serve as the primary technical expert for complex blade damage assessments and repair strategy decisions.
Ensure compliance with OEM repair procedures, project quality requirements, and documentation standards.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Level B and Level C technicians.
Interface directly with customers, site management, project teams, and OEM engineering representatives.
Support the development and implementation of repair solutions for non-standard blade damage.
Lead emergency response and rescue operations when required.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, inspection records, and repair reports.
