Job summary

Flex Wind is seeking a Blade Repair Technician — Level B for onshore wind projects in the United States. Responsibilities include inspecting blades for damage, performing repairs (LEP, trailing edge), coating, and surface finishing.

You will prepare composite surfaces, apply epoxy systems, and maintain repair documentation. Requirements include a minimum of 6 months hands-on experience in composite repair or related work, ability to travel, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months hands-on experience in composite repair, fiberglass work, painting, grinding, or related technical activities.
• Basic knowledge of composite materials, epoxy systems, and surface preparation methods.
• Ability to work at heights and travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wind turbine blades and identify damage such as erosion, cracks, coating failures, and delamination.
• Perform blade repairs including Leading Edge Protection and trailing edge repairs; coating and painting.
