Qualifications

• Blade operating experience with grading and finishing surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to spread gravel base and finish slopes and shoulders.
• Prepare sub grade to specified tolerances.
• Move and level work areas by passing over sites with equipment.
• Perform safety checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate with crew and managers using signals and communication.
• Comply with OSHA and company safety policies; follow directions and perform other duties.
