LM Wind Power Group in Grand Forks, ND, is seeking an employee to support production with blade movements and loading/offloading. You will manage blade and transport frame inventories and maintain the facility exterior.

The role supports every department in the plant and requires safe operation and adherence to 5S standards. Responsibilities include moving blades between stations, using material handling equipment, and ensuring bracing per specs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry objects up to 30 lbs.
• Must stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Must be able to make quick or repeated movement (holding, reaching, twisting, bending).
• May require usage of respirator.

Responsabilités

• Move blades using various equipment for one station to another.
• Use material handling equipment to position and load blade parts and completed blades.
• Assure blades are braced and strapped per customer specifications.
• Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions.
• Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Comply with safety procedures and laws regulating waste disposal and shipment of hazardous materials.
• Maintain 5s standards.
