Job summary

Burton Mill Solutions, Hampden, ME, is seeking a Blade Cleaner to support blade handling, cleaning, and quality checks in a fast-paced plant setting. You will unbox, repack, and prep blades for production while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic math skills; English reading/writing is required. Forklift certification may be needed; we offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Ability to use calipers and micrometers.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Unbox and repack saw blades.
• Clean saws using specialized methods and materials.
• May use specialized hand tools.
• Perform quality checks.
• Complete SPC charts for all assignments.
• Load and unload saws.
• Wear all required PPE.
• Other duties as assigned.
