Your Role and Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

This role is for a BlackLine Finance Transformation Lead, delivering implementation services across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within North America. This individual will lead project teams, serve as an individual contributor, spearhead proposals, ensure quality of team delivery, provide thought leadership, keep team members utilized, and grow our TruQua BlackLine practice. The candidate should have strong knowledge of BlackLine Finance Transformation product modules, navigation, configuration, and integration with other modules. They will also advise client executives on the strategic benefits of BlackLine for Finance Transformation.

Sales and Delivery

You will support sales at key accounts by assisting with scoping, solutioning, program planning, and driving RFPs related to BlackLine and Finance Transformation. This includes writing proposals, presenting at Orals, and supporting delivery teams as a techno-functional SME for ongoing BlackLine programs and new initiatives.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven experience managing complex BlackLine or Finance Transformation projects, especially with SAP or BlackLine tools
• Product expertise in BlackLine modules such as Recs, Tasks, Matching, Journals, and Reporting
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP, FI-CO, and SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Leadership, client management, and delivery experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience with Smart Close, Intercompany Hub, Variance, and Compliance
• Knowledge of BlackLine complementary tools like SAP products, HFM, Adaptive, Host, Tableau
• Eagerness to learn and grow expertise in the latest financial technologies
