Job summary

Thunder Valley Casino Resort seeks trained table game dealers through its Dealer School program. Trainees will study game dealing, policies, and procedures, with the goal of earning a part-time position upon successful audition.

Sessions run after the school, with shifts including Swing and Grave. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Basic money handling skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Deal games efficiently and accurately.
• Provide Four Diamond service and promote Thunder Valley Casino’s events.
• Assist in training guests not familiar with table games.
• Maintain proper game pace and security of assets.
• Open and close tables and report irregularities to management.
