Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Tejon seeks a motivated individual for the Dealer School Trainee program. This entry-level role trains you to deal an assigned table game in accordance with policy, with mandatory training. Candidates must be 21+, hold a high school diploma, and be able to obtain an Indiana license.

This position requires stamina in a lively, smoky environment. You'll learn customer service excellence and gaming procedures while supporting a team-focused, guest-first atmosphere at our Tejon

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School diploma required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming Commission license.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (90% of shift).

Responsibilities

• Deal an assigned game in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Attend all mandatory training for games offered at the property.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and guest enjoyment at the table.
• Ensure accurate payouts and fast service.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
