Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service within a membership-based context.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple channels.
• Proven ability to recruit, enroll, and retain students and families.

Responsibilities

• Bring in potential students and enroll them, maintaining relationship with students and parents.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, social media; manage appointments.
• Enroll students and manage inventory/sales in pro shop; ensure enrollment system accuracy.
• Develop internal communications with instructors and marketing; keep students informed.
• Support scheduling, attendance, and delinquent account strategies; assist billing.
