Job summary

You will persuade executives with your findings and influence strategic decisions, building cross-functional consensus and execution momentum across Alphabet.

You will work within BizOps on initiatives shaping GTM for generative AI, enterprise AI strategy, monetization, and moonshots, collaborating with product, leadership, and functions to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in management consulting or other equivalent business strategy experience.
• 3 years of experience at a management consulting firm.
• Experience in strategy or in a business operations environment.
• Experience working on complex operational and strategic initiatives.
• Experience in tech, media, a telecom company, or education in STEM.
• Excellent problem-solving, modeling, and presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the problem definition and run your own workstreams/analyses.
• Persuasively communicate recommendations to executives and influence decisions.
• Build consensus and mobilize towards execution across teams.
• Develop lasting relationships with colleagues across Alphabet to enable rapid cross-functional execution.
