Job summary

Google’s BizOps team seeks a strategic thinker to own problem definitions, run workstreams, and become the expert on key topics. You will persuade executives with data-driven recommendations and influence cross-functional execution, building lasting relationships across Alphabet for rapid, coordinated action.

You will lead analyses, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment, while mentoring teammates and contributing to Google's strategic priorities in AI-native enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in management consulting at the project lead or managerial level or equivalent experience in corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous business issues for the Google executive team.
• Gather and analyze information quickly and solve problems effectively.
• Develop compelling and insightful recommendations.
• Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within leadership audiences.
• Work with product managers, leadership, and functions to operationalize recommendations.
