Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, consulting, or a high-growth startup operations role.
• A track record of owning ambiguous problems end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management: build credibility fast and drive change without formal authority.
• Comfortable with data and analytics (SQL a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution.
• Diagnose operational challenges and drive fixes with data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Dealer Success, and Ops to improve processes.
• Hold weekly business reviews and manage daily metric alerts.
