Flint is seeking a Business Operations expert to oversee cross-functional projects, manage finance and HR tasks, and improve business efficiency. You will take ownership of books, payroll, vendor bills, and help ensure the company runs smoothly while working directly with the founders.

The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in a high-growth environment, know how to utilize AI tools, and operate autonomously. This position is based in San Francisco, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a high‑growth tech company.
• Experience with AI tools to automate real work.
• Ability to operate autonomously and deliver work without supervision.
• Competence in building spreadsheets and writing SQL queries.
• Strong follow-through on tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own cross‑functional projects from scoping through execution.
