Job summary

Google’s BizOps team seeks a senior leader to align strategy with execution across product, operations, and analytics. You will partner with executives to drive high-impact initiatives and cross-functional programs that scale Google’s products and infrastructure.

You will work with engineers, product managers, and leadership to translate data insights into actionable recommendations, shaping company-wide priorities and monetization strategies while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience analyzing data and managing multiple cross-functional programs.
• Experience leading cross-company initiatives and aligning recommendations with executives.

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, drive and operational initiatives with the executive team.
• Develop work plans, gather data, lead analyses, and synthesize recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional, global teams to execute tasks.
• Communicate findings to management and the broader organization.
• Drive recommendations through to implementation and results.
