Job summary

Google’s BizOps team seeks a data-science leader to manage a group of experienced data scientists working on the Search+ portfolio. You will guide decision making with analytics, build strong partnerships with GPS and Econ, and communicate insights to senior executives.

You will shape strategy, size opportunities, and help deploy AI infrastructure to scale impact across products and business units.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.
• Experience engineering analytics solutions that solve product or business problems.
• Strong coding, querying, and statistical analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of experienced data scientists guiding decisions in the Search+ space.
• Build relationships with Search+ leadership and provide grounded Finance POV.
• Help solve complex problems using technical, statistical, analytical, and business acumen.
• Collaborate with Econ, Product Data Science, and GPS strategists on high impact work.
• Develop AI infrastructure and tooling to boost team productivity.
