This is the perfect role for someone who wants to:
Location: This role fully remote. You'll be expected to overlap with NYC hours (almost daily during onboarding, tapering into a more sustainable rhythm). Success in this role requires comfort with async-first workflows (daily doc/slack updates, Looms, clear documentation) and extreme ownership - making sure that whatever you're put in charge of is executed.
We describe this IC role as a "Swiss Army Knife": you'll support and execute some of our most important company initiatives, working side-by-side with leadership.
You'll be an all-encompassing generalist + operator: able to jump into new areas, learn quickly, and deliver results. You'll run hands-on projects that span GTM, content, community, customer success, recruiting, and so much more.
