Job summary

Stake is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and engineering, translating requirements into clear user stories and specifications. You will map current and future processes, document data flows, and collaborate with sales, operations, and finance for lean, compliant outcomes.

You will support backlog refinement, participate in sprint planning, and help ensure timely delivery while maintaining clean documentation in Confluence and related tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years as a business analyst or similar role.
• Experience writing requirements for technical teams.
• Strong interviewing and facilitation skills.
• Fluency with process mapping tools and office suites.
• Ability to describe data flows and system integrations.
• Clear, concise writing with discretion handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Hold stakeholder sessions and map current and future state processes.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Refine backlogs with the agile team and support sprint planning.
• Create basic operational reporting and weekly status updates.
