Job summary

Katz Jewish Community Center, part of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payrolls for regular staff and Medford Camp seasonal staff using ADP Workforce Now. You will reconcile time entries, prepare payroll registers, and ensure timely processing.

Strong Excel skills and experience with ADP are required. Candidates should handle confidential information and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with salaried and hourly staff preferred.
• Experience with seasonal or high-volume payroll cycles preferred.
• High school graduate

Responsibilities

• Prepare bi-weekly payroll year-round for regular JCC staff using ADP Workforce Now.
• Process Medford Camp seasonal payroll with staff timesheets.
• Import data from Excel and adjust manual payroll entries as needed.
• Create reconciliations between time attendance and payroll registers.
• Provide payroll registers for management approval by deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee data.
