Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Manufacturing Study Engineer to conduct cost and process analyses for Body-In-White shops on new model programs. You will evaluate changes, deliver cost roll-ups, and create AutoCAD layouts of modified plants and processes.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination with logistics, ICT, GA and facilities, plus Make/Buy and specialty studies for new technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience required, with knowledge of manufacturing and plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes with a focus on Body-In-White, Logistics and facilities.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills a must.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational/project management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to successfully achieve results under time pressure.
• Must have the ability to work with all levels of management while establishing and maintaining lines of communication.
• Superior teamwork and leadership skills required as well as the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost and process studies for Body-In-White Shops on new model programs.
• Analyze proposed product changes and determine process and cost impact.
• Deliver cost roll ups and activity slides explaining changes.
• Provide AutoCAD layouts of modified plant, process, or site plan.
• Coordinate with logistics, ICT, GA and facilities.
• Complete Make/Buy studies and specialty studies for new technologies and processes.
