Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Manufacturing Study Engineer in Auburn, AL to lead cost and process studies for Body-In-White shops on new model programs. You will analyze all major body shop processes and deliver cost roll ups and presentation slides to explain changes. AutoCAD layouts of modified facilities will also be produced.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and leadership skills, with experience in manufacturing and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience with knowledge of manufacturing and plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes with focus on Body-In-White, Logistics and facilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and communicate effectively.
• Superior teamwork and leadership skills; able to handle multiple projects.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost and process studies for Body-In-White shops on new model programs.
• Analyze processes across body-in-white areas (underbody, bodysides, framing, roof, ARS, closures, line) and assess cost impact.
• Deliver cost roll ups and activity slides explaining changes.
• Create AutoCAD layouts of modified plant, process, or site plan.
• Coordinate with logistics, ICT, GA, and facilities.
• Perform Make/Buy studies and specialty studies for new technologies and processes.
