SWJ Technology seeks a Site Manager / Construction & Commissioning Lead to oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of BIW automation in a Fremont, CA facility. This contract-based, on-site role coordinates electrical/mechanical installation, robotics, PLC programming, and safety compliance to deliver a production-ready line.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field (or equivalent).
- 5–8 years in automotive manufacturing, industrial automation, or body shop projects.
- Experience as Site Manager or Commissioning Lead on automated equipment projects.
- US work authorization and OSHA 30-Hour certification.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical installation, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including robotics, PLC, and commissioning personnel.
- Develop and monitor project schedules to meet milestones and critical path.
- Oversee integration of BIW production equipment and 18 robots across lines.
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational readiness during commissioning and ramp-up.
- Facilitate inspections, testing, sign-offs, and handover to production.
