The Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo Downtown/Canalside is actively seeking a Bistro Server to enhance our guest dining experience. You'll be responsible for taking orders, preparing food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hotel food and beverage or restaurant preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
• Ability to understand guest service guidelines.

• Set up bar for service and follow alcohol serving laws.
