Our Bistro is looking for a Server / Bartender! Our Bistro serves made-to-order breakfast and lunch items, coffee and specialty drinks as well as light dinner and cocktails daily.

We are looking for:

  1. Full Time Evening Bistro Attendant - that can serve and bartend
  2. Part Time Morning/Afternoon Bistro Attendant - that can serve and bartend

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
  2. Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
  3. Carefully monitors the operation of the F&B outlet and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
  4. Maintains a clean and organized workspace
  5. Maintains regular and punctual attendance
  6. Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
  7. Cashier experience and computer knowledge helpful
  8. Be proactive in counting money before a shift begins so that there is no miscalculation at the end of the shift
  9. Maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning
  10. Must be personable and able to meet the public. Greet and welcome customers
  11. Resolve different types of complaints from customers or address them to the food and beverage manager
  12. Stock shelves, keep a note of stock that are about to finish
  13. Must be apt in handling money, currencies and coins
  14. Must have the ability to do repetitive work without any errors
  15. Must be able to maintain records regarding transactions on computers
  16. Must have basic computer awareness
  17. Must have excellent interpersonal and people skills
  18. Must deal with customers politely
  19. Must be dressed neatly
  20. Integrity, honesty and accountability in all dealings. Must be ready to work varied hours and weekends
