Job summary

The Bistro at Courtyard is a chic, fast-casual restaurant offering an eclectic menu, including to-go items and sit-down options with cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. The Bistro Team Members handle coffee and beverages, food prep, portioning, and stocking, while processing orders and payments and assisting in busing, cleaning, and delivering food to guests.

This role requires standing for extended periods, handling cash, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
• Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards, anticipates and addresses guests’ service needs, assists individuals with disabilities, and thanks guests with genuine appreciation.
• Speaks with others using clear and professional language.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects in excess of 50 pounds with assistance.
• Stands, sits, or walks for an extended time period.
