Join our dynamic team at Paradise Valley Country Club's poolside bistro, The Paradise Grill! We're seeking a Line Cook who brings an upbeat and friendly personality to contribute to the exceptional dining experience we offer to our members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare upscale salads, wraps, and poolside cuisine in a short-order line manner.
2. Collaborate with the culinary team to execute daily specials.
3. Take member orders with a friendly and personable demeanor.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall restaurant cleanliness.
5. Collaborate with fun and hospitable co-workers to ensure a positive atmosphere.
6. Embrace the unique open kitchen setting to interact with club members.
7. Provide a "family-like" guest experience in a beautiful setting at the turn of our golf course.

Requirements

• Availability to work from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm during weekdays and occasional weekend shifts.
• Enthusiastic and friendly personality.
• Culinary and hospitality skills.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
