Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Bar Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing personalized recommendations. You will work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations and high standards of hospitality in a vibrant beachside setting.

You will greet guests, know the menu, and maintain a warm atmosphere while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience required; knowledge of alcoholic beverages and service techniques preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of menu offerings and guest engagement to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Excellent guest service skills with ability to personalize interactions.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems for order entry.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist in resetting the dining area for the next service to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include
