Job summary

Eden Resort & Suites in Lancaster, PA seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee Bistro2Two2 and its seasonal cocktail program. You will lead staff, manage inventory, and ensure service standards across outlets.

Collaborating with the Director of Food & Beverage, you will drive productivity, costs, guest satisfaction and organizational training, while shaping beverage strategies and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee our restaurant Bistro2Two2
• Creates seasonal cocktail menus and oversee implementation in all outlets
• Manages inventory, purchases, requisitions and controls of beer, wine and liquor
• Provide daily feedback and coaching to their supervisors and line-level employees
• Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage on service initiatives and standards for all Bistro and Beverage Departments
• Assists with the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain and improve productivity, food quality, service, creativity, and merchandising to increase volume, sales, and profit in Bistro and Beverage
• Engage and strive to achieve financial (productivity, cost management, and top-line revenue), safety/sanitation, and guest sentiment goals
• Reviews and regularly evaluate guest satisfaction in individual outlets
• Generates business correspondence
• Coordinate and facilitate the Outlets training.
