Graton Resort & Casino is seeking a Bistro 101 Bartender to deliver friendly, efficient beverage service at the bar. You will craft classic and specialty cocktails, maintain a clean bar, and assist with food service to support a seamless dining experience.

• Prepare garnishes, mixes, and ingredients needed for daily bar operations.
• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Position Summary

The Bistro 101 Bartender is responsible for food and beverage service at the bar. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service. This role involves crafting classic and specialty cocktails, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, food service, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies. The Bartender engages with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, provides food and beverage menu knowledge, and works closely with the front‑of‑house team to support a seamless dining experience.
