Qualifications

• Must be over age 17.
• Able to obtain food handlers license.
• Warm, friendly attitude and willingness to help people.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
• Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction.
• Carefully monitors the F&B operation and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems.
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees and guests during each shift.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Maintains clean and neat personal presentation following dress code guidelines, wearing the designated uniform with a nametag and long hair secured.
• Available to perform many different tasks within the hotel kitchen during each shift.
• Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints.
• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation with guests.
• Must be able to visually inspect areas, compare observations to standards and correct deficiencies.
• Obtain any locally required certifications.
