Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Full-Time Bistro Attendant in Orlando, FL. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, and manage payments with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining area, describing menu items, and assisting with reservations and large parties. Must have HS diploma and be TIPS/Care certified or willing to certify on hire.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest relations and attentive service.
• Ability to upsell menu items and explain offerings clearly.
• Must be TIPS or CARE certified, or willing to certify on hire.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve to guest tables.
• Collect payments and issue checks with items and taxes.
• Enter orders into POS/kitchen systems accurately.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age when required.
• Present menus, describe dishes, and suggest pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and tables.
• Stock service areas with supplies and napkins.
• Assist with reservations and greet guests warmly.
• Escort guests to tables and assist with special events.
• Prepare tables for large parties and ensure smooth service.
