Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Bartender Host in Orlando to deliver friendly, efficient tableside service and take guest orders. You will assist in setup and breakdown of front and back of house operations while following safety and sanitation standards.

Two years of bartending experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required. Ability to upsell and operate a POS system is essential, with a fast-paced, multi-environment work setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of bartending experience preferred.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient tableside service and take guest orders.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper setup/clear down of front and back of house.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Merlin brand standards.
• Upsell to increase profitability.
