Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a team member for our frontline dining operations, starting at 5:30 AM daily with weekend availability required. You will take, enter, and deliver guest orders, answer menu questions, prepare coffee, and maintain a clean dining area while assisting with banquets and events.

This role emphasizes initiative, strong problem solving, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. We offer day-one medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and travel discounts

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Able to start at 5:30 AM daily with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Take, enter, prepare, and deliver guest orders according to brand standards.
• Answer questions about menu items, pricing, and ingredients, including dietary concerns.
• Prepare coffee and specialty beverages per established recipes.
• Maintain a clean dining area by clearing tables, restocking, and disposing of trash.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet or event spaces.
• Support the team and perform additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately and efficiently take, enter, prepare, and deliver guest orders according to brand standards.
• Answer guest questions about menu items, specials, pricing, and ingredients, including dietary or allergy concerns.
• Prepare coffee and specialty beverages according to established recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables, restocking dishes, and disposing of trash.
• Assist with set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet or event spaces as needed.
• Support the team and perform additional duties as assigned.
