Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BSN (MSN preferred) with at least 3 years of clinical practice and 2 years of progressive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Master of Science Nursing preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in clinical practice
• Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership experience required
• BLS provider credentialed from AHA
• Certification in specialty area required within 3 years of start date in position

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate department activities for 24-hour operations
• Oversee clinical and safety practices of nurses and staff
