Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership experience.
• BLS from American Heart Association.
• Specialty certification due within 3 years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour planning, organizing, directing and evaluation of clinical and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety practices.
• Coach and mentor staff for professional development and succession.
• Manage human resources, budget, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead team in high reliability and LEAN process improvement efforts.
