Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese being a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage birthday party inquiries, bookings, and event planning.
• Convert leads into confirmed party reservations through phone, email, and in‑person consultations.
• Assist customers in selecting party packages, upgrades, and add‑ons.
• Coordinate party schedules and confirm event details with guests.
• Supervise party hosts and ensure high‑quality event execution.
• Track bookings, sales performance, and event schedules.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
