Job summary

Valle del Sol is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches. You will develop treatment plans, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver crisis intervention to support integrated, whole-person care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and an Active license or eligibility for the Behavioral Health Professional designation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Addiction Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active license through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or eligibility for Behavioral Health Professional designation.
• Experience providing behavioral health services in community settings and facilitating individual, family, and group therapy.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
