Qualifications

• Current RN licensure by applicable state requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, effective communicator, and excellent critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, making decisions and directing work and patient flow.
• Experience working in a team environment and adaptability to unpredictable situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate nursing care while coordinating with management for daily planning.
• Provide staff development, teaching, and precepting; participate in quality improvements.
• Coordinate patient care, education, and transitions of care across the care continuum.
• Support professional nursing practice within the Mayo Nursing Care Model.

Education

Nursing diploma/associate degree
