Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health seeks a Family Birth Center Supervisor to lead clinical operations and nurse leadership in the Birth Center. You will oversee daily practice, establish protocols, and drive improvements that elevate patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years of experience in Family Birth Center clinical care.
• One year as Charge Nurse or equivalent.
• RN license in Washington state upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate clinical initiatives within the Family Birth Center.
• Establish protocols, drive process improvements, and manage resources.
• Mentor and empower a dedicated nursing team while upholding quality and safety.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager/Director to ensure standards of care and practice.
