gpac is seeking a proven Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lender to join our Birmingham, AL team. This producer-focused role combines new business development with disciplined credit execution to serve the Alabama market.

You will originate and close CRE loans ranging from 500K to 5MM, build a referral network, and partner with credit teams to ensure smooth approvals and timely closings. A strong book of business and a history of about 1MM in monthly loan volume are highly desirable.

• CRE lending experience with a strong credit background.
